Mahavishnu Project, of course, performs incredible version of the catalog of the seminal Mahavishnu Orchestra, and with the endorsement and blessing of all five of the original band members, as well as several of the members of the later incarnations of the Orchestra. The band is led by drummer/percussionist Gregg Bendian, who has recorded and toured with Cecil Taylor, Derek Bailey, Pat Metheny, Todd Rundgren, Mike Keneally and many others.
The Mahavishnu Project, also performs a few gems from the catalog of Jeff Beck/Jan Hammer, and advertising can be reflected as such. Tey can also be billed as doing „One set Mahavishnu, One Set Jeff Beck/Jan Hammer“
